Our restoration process removes graying, mildew, fuel stains, and old, failing coatings, then brings the wood back to a clean, even finish before sealing. We use Semco, a marine-grade sealer trusted on boats and ships since 1976 — the same product we use for residential teak furniture, because a sealer built to withstand real marine conditions has more than enough strength for a backyard patio.
